When walking with Summer-Ski, the coordinative hand/foot skills will be tested particularly. The hand-foot strap is adjustable with a slider mechanism quite simple and therefore the loop can be set such way, that foot is fixed on the Summer-Ski. The foot strap is used to support oneself as well as the sequence of movement, so exercise become more simple. If straps are tight you always have to counterpress between foot and board by using hand-foot loop for not loosing contact. You really have to work continously with your hands what means a higher coordinative demand.
